ASHVEN DATLA
Ashven has an MBA in Finance and over 25 years of extensive experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and Sales & Marketing. Starting his professional career at GE he spent a decade in the corporate sector in global giants such as Bank of America and Deloitte before taking up the Entrepreneur role.
Ashven was responsible for setting up and growing the largest UPVC Window Profile company in India with collaboration with VEKA, Germany. He in an investor in NCL Industries & NCL BUILDTEK two large family run, Building Materials organizations with manufacturing and marketing focus in South India. He has successfully managed multi-year Joint Venture partnerships with organizations based out of Turkey, Germany and the Czech Republic.
Ashven’s unique education and experience of working with International Organizations whilst simultaneously being grounded to core Indian manufacturing give him the advantage of understanding and bridging the gap between the two.
SHILPA DATLA
Shilpa has a Bachelors in Commerce and did a brief stint in Chemical Manufacturing for 2 years before taking up the Entrepreneur role in the F&B industry. Shilpa Chaired the Hyderabad Chapter of FICCI-FLO for the year 2019 promoting women’s participation in Business.
Recognizing a the growing “globalization” of eating habits in India and the scarcity of international desserts, she launched Feu an authentic French Patisserie in Hyderabad. Coming out of COVID she expanded the experience to a Luxury Restaurant “The Barn – by Feu”. She is now furthering her foray into the F&B industry by launching a Pan-Asian themed Restaurant “Kembara” with the first unit operational in Hyderabad and a plan to open more units in Metros across India.
With a keen understating into the pallets of the Indian consumer, Shilpa has the distinctive experience in bringing together the team, the cuisine, the location and the overall experience required to set-up and operate restaurants with unique brand identities and customer goodwill.
